1 Quality Management System：

1) 1999 We were the first to pass the certification of ISO9001: 2000 quality system in rubber seal industry.
2) 2002 We passed the certification of QS9000 quality system.
3) 2004 We gained national production license of oil seal and O-ring.
4) Jan. 2005 We passed the certification of ISO/TS16949: 2002 quality management system and ISO14001 environmental management system.
5) 2006 We officially earn 6 Sigma "black belt" certification status.

6) 2010 We officially recieve SCM certification.

7) 2014 Star Guangzhou, Nanjing and Shanghai plants and branch passed TS16949:2009 audit.

2、Consummate Test Guarantee Method

　1) Rubber refining, material mixing, pre-molding of preparatory material, vulcanization and second vulcanization, key procedures to form product quality, all have meters to monitor the technical parameters and accordingly guarantee internal performance of the products.
　2) Advanced equipment for testing rubber performance
Test carriage of oil seal service life, rubber non-rotor vulcanization instrument, oil seal reflux detection apparatus, digital projector, electronic stretcher, vulcanized rubber brittleness temperature tester, Akron abrasion machine, rubber fatigue tester, PH meter, viscidity meter, mooney viscosity tester, photoelectric analytical balance and etc.
　3) Performance tests e can offer are as follows:
　　a) Test on service life of oil seal.
　　b) Vulcanization instrument test and mooney viscosity test.
　　c) Test on rubber hardness, strength, stretching rate, oil resistance, aging and etc.
　　d) Test on brittleness temperature, abrasion, fatigue resistance and etc.

3、Quality Management Institute

　　There are quality assurance and quality control institute in our company. And that institute has 23 persons in charge of quality management all with technical secondary school degrees or above. And there are 10 persons with junior college degrees or above and 4 engineers.

5、Quality Improvement Activities
Every June and December, there will be quality scientific conferences held in our company, when each department would organize corresponding quality improvement and participate in the contest. That conference has be held for successively 24 times and each time there occurs some excellent items, which make great contributions to increasing incomes and reducing expenses. For example, the lathe shear lip reconstruction item on the second session gained praise of Japanese experts who were working with our company. And water reconstruction item on the third session saves about 4000 tons of water each month and saves more than RMB150000 of expense each year.
